Return & Refund Policy 退换政策
Each arrangement is handcrafted with care, and we aim to make every experience exceptional. Due to the nature of fresh floral products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 2 hours of delivery — we will work with you to find the best solution.
